Our comprehensive improvement programme is designed to achieve lasting change and transformation across all aspects of the Housing Service. You’ll be accountable for the successful delivery of key projects within this ongoing programme (such as HRA budget management, a future operating model, repairs and maintenance, and our review of service charges), as well as task-and-finish work on emerging issues as required. We’ll look to you for insight, analysis and new thinking that’s rooted in ‘what works’, covering structural, operational and governance aspects alike.
You must bring extensive experience of leading and accelerating improvement and change, as well as the ability to influence colleagues both as a direct line manager and as an internal contract lead. Candidates will be expert at thinking and planning at a system level, and must be able to demonstrate a track record of resident-focused transformation that lasts. With a highly-developed project-management toolkit, you will relish the chance to play a pivotal part in our ambitious vision for long-term success.
