Faerfield announces the appointment of Roger Russell

Executive recruitment and leadership development consultancy Faerfield has added to its impressive line-up of specialists with the appointment of Roger Russell as Partner. Roger’s arrival signals the company’s ambition to work with government and at Board and C-suite level in the commercial space.  

His appointment follows that of Ben Cox who joined the company as Partner in October to support its expansion in its work with local government and more recently experienced talent spotter Rob Naylor as Lead Researcher.
