We are searching for a passionate and motivated Corporate Director for Care and Wellbeing to lead our teams in achieving our vision and ambitions. As an integral member of the Corporate Leadership Team, you will provide professional advice, support the Chief Executive, and play a key role in shaping and implementing the Council's strategic plans.
You will oversee the Directors of Adult Social Care, Public Health, Commissioning, and other related services and will provide guidance and advice to the Chief Executive and Members.
You will lead and direct strategies to ensure efficient and cost-effective Care and Wellbeing services and develop a vision and forward plan for the Council’s Care and Wellbeing services as part of our transformation journey.
You will represent Wiltshire Council at national, regional, and local levels and develop and deliver corporate strategies to meet the needs of local residents and support community leadership.
