Sarah Longbottom

Sarah began her recruitment career 20 years ago, joining an international workforce solutions provider before moving in 2011 to develop an executive interim practice for one of the UK’s largest private sector executive recruitment and talent advisory business.  In recent years she has been a successful consultant with a boutique executive search agency delivering senior appointments within the manufacturing sector.   

During her career, Sarah has managed Board and CEO appointments, engaging with a wide portfolio of clients including Public, Third and Commercial Sectors. She has supported clients who have sought to set up overseas operations, those who have wanted to achieve business transformation and operational excellence and those focused on sales growth and profitability.
