Rob Naylor

Rob began his career in executive search 10 years ago, when he joined a leading public sector search organisation as a Graduate Researcher. In 2016 he moved to become an internal recruiter at a large outsourcing business before moving back into executive search in 2020 when he joined a large national recruitment and resourcing business as a Senior Researcher. Rob was promoted in 2022 to lead the research team, a role which he held until January 2024 when he joined Faerfield.
During his career, Rob has led the search for and successfully placed some of the most senior and prestigious roles in Local Government, including numerous Chief Executives. Rob is a passionate advocate for the value of the public sector and is driven by his desire to attract the best possible talent to the vital roles that Faerfield support on.
