Jason Wheatley

Jason’s professional HR and senior executive recruitment career spans more than 23 years. His career began working in the private sector for a large international financial services company before moving to the public sector working in both permanent and interim roles in Local and Central Government and Healthcare.

In 2014 he was approached to lead and set up a specialist executive HR practice for a leading recruitment solutions business. His understanding of the sector and his direct experience saw him quickly establish himself and the practice as a trusted partner and supplier of high calibre candidates. For the last 6 years he has worked with a wide range of public sector clients recruiting senior permanent and interim roles and also providing and developing tailored consultancy solutions for clients looking to transform their business.
