Ben Cox

Ben is a partner at Faerfield and brings a wealth of experience in senior local government recruitment as well as a genuine passion for the sector. Prior to joining Faerfield, Ben spent more than five years with a national recruitment and resourcing business as their Director of Local Government Executive Search.  He has supported a wide range of local authorities with senior recruitment campaigns and has worked closely with many council Leaders to help them appoint chief executives and directors.  Before his career in recruitment, Ben was a director level transformation consultant, working exclusively with local authorities on service improvement and efficiency programmes gaining the experience and knowledge that has underpinned his insight into the sector.
