This is an exciting opportunity to shape adult social care services for the residents of Harrow with a particular focus on older adults, people with physical disabilities and close working with health partners including on hospital discharge. Providing strategic and operational leadership, you will drive practice quality, performance and productivity, strengthen the front door, prepare services for CQC assurance and develop effective care pathways with health partners. You will manage significant resources, find ways to improve value for money, further develop senior managers and ensure residents receive high-quality, person-centred and cost-effective support.
We are seeking a registered Social Worker (SWE) or Occupational Therapist (HCPC) with substantial adult social care leadership experience, strong financial and performance management skills and the credibility to influence internal and external partners. You will bring courage, collaboration and a determination to make things happen in a borough where you can deliver lasting change.
Harrow welcomes applicants from all backgrounds and is committed to building a leadership team that reflects the diversity of its communities.
