Faerfield Appoints George Agyemang as Associate Partner

Published: 6 January 2026

Executive recruitment and leadership development consultancy Faerfield has added to its impressive line-up of recruitment industry specialists, with the appointment of George Agyemang as an Associate Partner in its growing interim practice.

His appointment follows that of two experienced Partners to support Faerfield’s expansion in its work in local government, Board, and government appointments.

Founder and Managing Partner, Martin Tucker, commented: “Over the last six years we have carved out a reputation for delivering quality leadership solutions for our clients in both senior interim and permanent positions. These are challenging times for organisations in the public sector, especially local government, and George’s expertise in finding the right blend of skills and expertise needed in the place and economic growth space will prove invaluable.”

George Agyemang said: “I am thrilled to be joining the growing team at Faerfield. I am really looking forward to working with new and former colleagues and developing the company’s work in local government and broader public sector.”

We're delighted to welcome George to the team. His arrival signals our continued aim to provide clients with the highest quality advice and support in finding the leadership talent they need to succeed.
