Faerfield Appointed to Government Commercial Agency Framework

Published: 10 August 2026

We are pleased to announce that Faerfield has been appointed to Lots 1, 2 and 3 of the Government Commercial Agency’s Executive and Non-Executive Search Framework (RM6394).

Alongside our established role as a partner of choice for local government executive and interim recruitment, this appointment recognises our track record of supporting organisations attract outstanding leadership talent from across the public and private sector.

The ongoing "rewiring of the state" will reshape how public services are designed, delivered and funded. Success will depend on leaders who can work across organisational boundaries, navigate ambiguity and drive meaningful change for communities.

We look forward to partnering with clients in government and across the public sector to find the Board and executive leaders who will help shape this next chapter. For more information on our work in central government, please contact Roger Russell on rrussell@faerfield.co.uk.
