We have an exciting opportunity with a Combined Authority for an Interim Strategic Investment and Delivery Lead.

Setting up a multi-agency delivery unit to manage pipelines, candidates will devise robust delivery mechanisms, including ways of working, grant funding agreements, and financing models, work with the wider development team to move priority housing projects into delivery phase, and establish a model for a delivery team to support stalled sites.

Candidates will also develop a route to market proposal, potentially including a shared delivery model and procurement frameworks, and identify activities and resources needed to address barriers to delivery.

➡️ Pay rate up to £750 per day, inside IR35.
➡️ Contract for up to 12 months.
➡️ There is a focus on unlocking investment to deliver housing across the region.
➡️ Hybrid working.
