Faerfield is recruiting an experienced Interim Senior HR Business Partner / Senior HR Manager to provide additional leadership capacity within a busy local authority HR function. Candidates should have experience of all aspects of HR Operations, including Employee Relations, Trade Unions, Policy Development and managing and supporting more junior members of an HR team who provide frontline HR advice.
