We have an exciting opportunity with a Local Authority for an Interim Repairs & Maintenance Lead.

Reducing Disrepair Backlog: The Council is prioritising the reduction of the backlog of disrepair for residents.

Collaboration with Leadership: The successful candidate will collaborate with the Head of Service and AD to enhance their capacity and expertise, aiming to quickly reduce disrepair numbers.

Team Support and Development: The existing team will receive support and development, focusing on investing in people to improve the service, especially after significant changes in recent years.

Strategic Transformation: The candidate will also participate in strategic transformation, including technological innovations for better data management and supporting senior leaders in redesigning future services.

➡️ Pay rate between £575 and £650 per day, inside IR35.
➡️ Contract between 6 to 9 months.
