We are currently recruiting an Interim Programme Manager - Housing & Social Care for a local authority client in South West England.

The post-holder will lead a comprehensive programme to deliver over 30,000 homes across the region, including specialist and supported accommodation services.

You will:

• Lead the Supported and Specialist Housing (SSH) programme, ensuring it is evidence-based and customer-focused.
• Plan and deliver new and improved homes effectively.
• Translate data into clear products and build relationships with key stakeholders – Housing, Adult Social Care & Children’s Social Care.
• Lead investment and resource planning, securing internal and external capacity.
• Manage the programme's scope and delivery plan, adapting to intelligence, policy, and operational changes.
