Faerfield are urgently looking for an experienced Interim HR Partner to take operational ownership of people processes throughout a significant organisational change programme. This is a hands-on delivery role, leading the end-to-end management of change process, including consultation, matching and slotting, ring fenced selection, redeployment and final outcomes. The successful candidate will work with a high degree of autonomy, ensuring all processes are delivered in line with policy and employment legislation and are robust enough to withstand external scrutiny.

 Candidates will need substantial evidenced experience of leading large scale organisational change and collective redundancy programmes, including consultation with trade unions, equality impact monitoring and advising senior managers through complex people issues. The role requires excellent judgement, strong stakeholder management skills and meticulous attention to detail. Local government, NHS or wider public sector experience would be advantageous.
