Faerfield are currently working with a registered housing provider in North London who are seeking an experienced Head of Repairs to deliver a high-quality repairs service, as well as managing relationships with contractors, professional advisors and internal staff and managers across a large team of working professionals.

We need someone available within a 2-week notice with ease of access to North London and the ability to hit the ground running in a role with a focus on compliance, health, safety and maintenance, as well as having strong people and budget management experience.
