Faerfield are working with a local authority to recruit an Interim Head of Corporate Assets.

The successful candidate will lead the development and delivery of a data-driven asset management strategy, ensuring the organization’s property portfolio is managed effectively and aligned with corporate objectives. This role will play a pivotal part in establishing a Corporate Landlord function and supporting the transformation of property services under one unified structure. Key skills will include strategic leadership, corporate landlord transformation, landlord & tenant expertise, data-driven decision making and stakeholder engagement.
