Interim Executive Director of Children, Families and Education
This is a pivotal leadership role with responsibility for improving outcomes for children, young people and families, particularly those who are vulnerable or in care.
The postholder will lead a broad portfolio spanning early help, social work, provider services and care leavers, ensuring services are effective, accessible and deliver value for money.
Working collaboratively across education, health and partner agencies, they will drive improvement, champion safeguarding and wellbeing, and ensure statutory responsibilities are met.
The successful candidate will combine strategic leadership with a relentless focus on delivering better experiences and outcomes for children and young people.
