We have an exciting opportunity with a Local Authority for an Interim Consultant - Estates & Neighbourhoods.

Service Review: Analyse strengths and weaknesses of existing services, focusing on financial health, staff culture, and resident feedback.

Service Modernisation: Review contracts across Estates & Neighbourhoods to identify opportunities for innovation, better resource use, and technological advancement, including potential outsourcing.

Financial Wellbeing: Protect HRA funding and optimise service charges to improve financial stability.

Culture & People: Conduct a people-driven analysis to enhance the employment experience and boost staff engagement across diverse teams.

➡️ Pay rate between £500 and £600 per day, outside IR35.
➡️ Contract between 3 to 6 months.
