We have an exciting opportunity with a Local Authority for an Interim Assets, Compliance & Contracts Lead.

Procurement and Compliance: Ensuring the completion of procurement specifications and exercises for required works across the Council’s housing stock, including ongoing investment in fire safety, damp & mould, and compliance.

Team Management: Providing confident professional leadership to a well-resourced team of qualified asset management professionals to enhance their effectiveness.

Service Improvements: Assisting senior management and collaborating with the AD to support service improvements, better utilize and manage asset-related data, and lead on procurement, costing management, and allocation of proactive works across key properties.

➡️ Pay rate between £575 and £650 per day, inside IR35.
➡️ Contract between 3 to 6 months.
