Zara has over 10 years of experience in global executive level recruitment working across several sectors including the Private Sector, Local Government, Central Government and Universities.
Within the Local Government field, she has appointed to roles such as Chief Executive, Director of Place, DASS, Finance Director (S151) and Senior Director of HR. She has worked on numerous non-executive roles in the charity and public sector spaces. She is also an insight specialist focusing on size of talent pools, salary benchmarking and diversity issues.
She has a degree in Environmental Science from York University and is CIPD qualified.
