Sarah has built a successful 15-year career in recruitment, specialising in executive search, interim management and senior appointments across the public sector.
In recent years, she has developed particular expertise within Children’s Social Care, partnering with local authorities nationwide to recruit high-calibre interim and permanent leaders, including Managers, Heads of Service and Directors across safeguarding, quality assurance, performance, transformation and improvement services.
