Matt has joined Faerfield having previously held a senior interim position with a national recruitment agency as an Associate Director.
He has significant experience in supporting clients across the public sector to identify and hire senior level interims to deliver transformational change, service improvements, and local government restructuring.
Matt has a strong reputation for providing the best possible service for both candidates and clients and brings expertise in delivering interim leaders across a wide range of corporate services functions.
His experience includes supporting senior leaders to transition into interim positions from permanent roles and to advise and support interim executives moving into the public sector for the first time.
