We truly recognise the value and importance people in delivering our vision and ambitions as a council and for Cambridgeshire. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you will have the opportunity to work strategically and play a key part in leading the Council as well as providing inspiring professional leadership across People Strategy and Policy, Organisational Design and Development, Resourcing and Recruitment, Learning and Development, Health, Safety and Wellbeing and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion as our Head of Profession for HR.

If you are as passionate as we are about our people, organisational culture and improving outcomes for colleague and residents alike and have the necessary values, behaviours, skills experience, drive, and energy, then we want to hear from you.
